Find PW not giving any messages

I have lost the password to one of my accounts, and normally a simple "find password" would fix this. The problem is when I try to use the find password option on the main site, it doesn't give me any message as to whether or not it sent an e-mail (which it hasn't and I have tried quite a few times to get it to give me one) or that I entered the wrong information. Although, I do know that the information I am putting in is correct, when I use the same information for the "Find ID" option, it does give me an e-mail. So, I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what the reason for this is. I have also e-mailed nexon about it, though I haven't gotten a reply. Thanks in advance for any information any of you may have.

Side note: I had quit the game almost 2 years ago, so I am a bit behind. All, I do really know is there was a big hacking spree last year. So any side information is welcome too (at least technical side information for this thread).
