Untrusted application message
#1
[COLOR="blue"]Ok, so a longggg time ago I asked for help with my phone, but still couldn't find the right thing to do. Now I found someone who had my problem, and said how they fixed it, but it says to look for the Motorola directory, and I can't find it.

Here are the directions he gave, if anyone could help, that would be nice. :3

Found a solution that works. Only asks permission once per session now.

Quote:Found a solution that works. Only asks permission once per session now.

1. Cellphone directory Motorola > shared > jbed
2. Backup and edit "policy.utf." Notepad2 works well.
3. Notice section "untrusted" (end of line 5) and under that, "NetAccess" on line 6.
4. Copy the "DC2" tag that comes after "NetAccess" on line 4 and paste it after the null tag on line 6.
5. Save file
6. Shut off and turn on phone

End up with a "Yes, but ask me next session" option.
