Goetia - The Continuation of Episode I

you can draw a line between any two points. i can understand where you might be coming from but at the same, it's episode 1, questlines that have long been stripped down to the bare minimum to support getting a noob hat and astaroth pq, and weapons from either the 130 or 140 set (sorry i can't say for sure without looking). if it's the former, weapons obtained from pvp, if it's the latter, weapons that come out of a much more prevalent quest line. there's just other entire quest lines that are involved too, and with such a gap in context of the content, too much to chalk it up to anything more than incidence
