Difference between my OLD DB and making a new one after chaos?

Here's the question... Do we get those skillbooks even if we take advantage of the event and start at lvl50? Or does it skip over something?

Is the whole free skillbook deal not just assumptions in the first place though? KMS might have done it, but that does not say very much about GMS. the version that turned Evans into a premium class. We already know there will be a CS book sale for Evans and DBs soon and that alone indicates that no free CS books will be given. If people got free DB books in GMST (from a quest and not from Cody), I stand corrected.
