Hey it does!
"DoT damage tick is every 1 second. However, DoT damage is applied every 4 or 5 seconds, when your ADA auto recasts itself. DoT damage lasts 4-5 seconds also I believe.."
I am still confused about this statement..
As long you're near the mob, the mob will take x damage every 1 second right? Till it has 1 HP?
