Not that I know of. But the limiting reactant is Jewel crafting level, which would take several days to level up to the point where worthwhile shoulderpads are cranked out, additionally - need recipes.

Well, you always have a 20-30% chance of success, so the first's probably gonna be someone aiming purely for "first" status and risking that chance. But yeah, it takes ~25 days to max it out to level 10, if you log once a day and don't buy extra fatigue pills. Minimum, 10 days, if you strategize and log on frequently, and drop 3mil a day for the extra 30 fatigue. (big one is 11:30-0:30 PST, you need to max your fatigue right before midnight and then consume the reset ASAP). After that, wait 12 hours, and do the same around noon PST (at the latest, 8pm, but better to be earlier)

So yeah I see your point, unlikely to be any before the week mark.


Also, I'd say the first decent shoulderpad is level 100/110, and those ones are 100% at level 7/8 crafting, which takes much less time (6000+4500+3200+2100+1200+500 = 17,500 @ 2000/day is 18 days, or @ 5000/day is 4 days.
