I would also like to point out their wording. They're calling it a flaw. not a glitch, not an exploit. If it's merely a flaw, then these 4596 people in question might not have glitched, hacked, or exploited anything...

And yet the ToS still says that exploiting a FLAW in the design is ban worthy, so nothing changes.
