I'm curious about an item pot guide too... the UI is pretty confusing, all I know is that they gain 1 Closeness no matter what I feed them, but only every 10 minutes, plus some fullness any time they're fed, they get sick a lot, if you don't feed them for a while they lose fullness, and if fullness maxes out they fall asleep for a day.
If you do have to wait 10000 minutes to get one maxed, and being online that whole time, that's kinda sucky >_>
