Less involved in the sense that it doesn't take much prowess or involvement in the actual process, not in the amount of people using it.

There's a flaw in this. It also didn't take very much prowess or involvement to poison mist a bigfoot and let it sit for 30 seconds, then 1hko it. An exploit is an exploit no matter how many people it affects, how difficult it is to execute, etc.
