Oh! I like these, especially 4 and 6, if I understood them correctly.
Potting while mounted is cool (and only fair, since auto-pot lets you do that already).
Being able to buy back items you've NPC'ed by mistake is a life-saver (never happened to me, but I know people who've NPC'ed their most valuable equips, thinking they were putting them in storage for transfer to another char). However, I am afraid, very afraid, that GMSers will find ways to exploit this.
