Assigning professions to characters

I think the Sign of ares (Last name it was called iirc) are tradeable, i think. If not... well just hope you don't get too much lag or get paired with DB/Shadowers/Archers/Magicians...

They're officially called Gallant Emblems.

Also, all the Shoulder equips require them, and the 130 sets (your class set, as well as the Rising Sun accessories) and the level 70 PvP sets. So yes, your PvP character should be a Blacksmith or Jeweler.

Question : how do you get 130+ monster crystals?

There's a small chance of you getting one or two Superior Crystals instead of Advanced Crystals when you disassemble 100-120 items
