That might have been because your Page was of a low level and/or had moderately high DEX. At higher levels, your 3 atk/6 STR PAC will be much better. You can probably see why when you look at the rough conversion of STR to watk, which is STR/watk.

EDIT: Hmm, now that I think about this, I'm not sure if I said that correctly in Math-speak. But basically this ratio typically ranges around 6-7 STR per watk at lvl 100+.

Actually, it was level 51 with 25 base DEX.
