I run an XFX Radeon HD 5770 on my quad-core tower. It was on sale plus rebate ($99 all said and done) at Tiger Direct. I've run it on high, and the FPS really lags on this card at the higher resolutions/settings. It's not a "powerhouse" graphics card. It does do the job well enough, but keep anti-aliasing low and turn off shadow effects. Teamfights really bog the card down and since yours is once notch less down from mine, you might lag out of the game if you keep graphic options high. Try default first, and work up from there each game, one step at a time. That should give you an idea of where you want to keep the adjustment levels at.
Oh, forgot to mention, I run this on a 20" CRT, 1400x1050 Resolution, True-Color. Maple looks AWESOME on this monitor... F3...
