I suppose the first question is how long are those borrowed items borrowed for?
I'd upgrade your cape and get MMB20. You have 200ish mil, I think the ring is also a good idea. The ring being the item that's most likely to inflate over time, so i'd get that first. Then MMB20, then a cape with some dex, maybe like a 2 atk 4 dex pac.
