"What to buy" for archers~Guide + Questions

First time posting in one of these threads because I actually have meso to play around with. :3

Eye Acc: 3/3/3/3 Archaeologist Glasses, and yes they are the permanent ones.
Pendant: 5/5/5/5 11 w.atk MoN
Earrings: [borrowed] 11 and +4 to all stats Gold Emerald Earrings
Glove: [borrowed] 12 attack work gloves
Bow: 94 atk Maple Pyrope Crow [SIZE="1"]sup, Str-less right now.[/SIZE]
Cape: NO CAPE.
Overall: 10 str 2 dex 2% red Pria
Shoes: 5 dex Dark Wings
Skills I'm considering buying: MMB 20, Pierce 20. I have the 30 books for both of those already.
Mesos to spend: 250m in pure meso right now. I could probably get another 250m within the week.

Keep in mind I'm playing on Zenith, so our prices are.... never stable. Everyday, it seems like prices are going up by 10%.

Anyway, I'm tempted to buy a Gen 2 lvl 17 ring because they're about 200m right now.

So, I'll have 47 Str altogether soon because I'm waiting on the 14-day medal. I'm able to borrow +10 Str cape and shoes, but I also have 2% Str earrings on a mule in case I need a bit more Str.

[SIZE="1"]How did Nexon do the AP scroll reset event stuff? If it's like 20 Str, I don't mind getting about ~20 base Str at this point. o-o[/SIZE]
