What a horrible idea. The only reason you get reported in game for being rude is because the people you're saying it to can see it and it disrupts the flow of the game. It's called freedom of speach. As long as it doesn't ruin the gameplay, it shouldn't matter. If it's just for badmouthing riot on stream, wow, I though this was 'MERICA. It's almost no different than banning people just for thinking bad things about terrible players.
