Not really, with the current scenario, streamers are getting off scott free, because the "Tribunal" can't catch stream talk, only in-game talk, so the streamers can pomegranate talk all they want and not get the slightest warning / report whatsoever.
Although, I'm wondering how long Grackis is gonna last if this gets put into effect LOL
