Which is true, and the Courage and Wisdom pieces always depict the "Link" and "Zelda" of each generation, considering Ganon always returns per 100 years (Or is it 1000) or so.

At this point, it's more like Ganon returns when he feels like it.

Actually, the Triforce isn't on her clothes. You can see most of the other half of that part of her clothes in the trailer and it's just more of a bird-type design.

Since its pre ocarina, the triforce should still be locked up in the sacred realm. There isn't any actual reason for it to play an important part in the story (at least, not at the start), which would make sense of just having the bird design, not holding the triforce.
It's not that much of a stretch to assume they don't know about it, since they're all living on a floating island of some sort, far away from wherever the triforce is located, how ever if they became aware of it between skyward sword and ocarina, adding it to the bird logo as a means of praising the gods would be understandable.
