My issue with 1st is that you personally recommend tele first, but say tri blow first in the build despite teleport being infinetly better for obvious reasons. Quests being fast is true, but killing power isn't what gets them done faster. Potting less and traveling farther with teleport does.
Also, there is no reason not to get max reaper. Maxing chains isn't a batter use of points and reaper becomes more useful in later patches.
