Well I got a ton of answers from basilers that knew nothing about this site, claiming how southperry supports hacking, private servers etc. Moderators just said that the rule is based on something that had happened ages ago, they couldn't tell what, but admitted that the rule is outdated.
Clearly there was something wrong when they took information from here, but couldn't give credit due to the filter. Same thing in sleepywood, but it seems that "even" SP is more active than SW nowadays.
