Last Whisperer is only good against champs with a heavy armor presence (think tanky champs). Black Cleaver, though, is great against pretty much anyone with light armor or no armor at all.

Whatever that nub says is just a bunch of trash.

 Break-even points between Black Cleaver and Last Whisperer

Black Cleaver: Good against light-armored champs and squishies with less than 110-115 armor

Last Whisperer: Better than Black Cleaver if the target has above 120 armor. At that point, targets that have 120 armor on them have at least 50% physical damage mitigation.

Unless you're panth. Yoou will never get the stacks in on time.
