Last Whisperer is only good against champs with a heavy armor presence (think tanky champs). Black Cleaver, though, is great against pretty much anyone with light armor or no armor at all.

Whatever that nub says is just a bunch of trash.

 Break-even points between Black Cleaver and Last Whisperer

Black Cleaver: Good against light-armored champs and squishies with less than 120 armor

Last Whisperer: Better than Black Cleaver if the target has above 120 armor. At that point, targets that have 120 armor on them have 50% damage mitigation.

Yeah, I agree with you for that, but what worries me is that he claims all the guides on solomid use the Last Whisperer over the Black Cleaver. Which is extremely worrying. And I can't check it right now.
