Recently I've been listening to audiobooks. It's hard to chat while listening so it's easier to turn off BL and Guild chat. I'd recommend a book you'd want to read anyway. Gotta keep your interest so you don't get bored and go do something else.

I would definitely recommend using an audioplayer you can pause from ingame though (I have F8 mapped to play/pause). Very useful when someone needs to talk to you, or you need a pee break.
