[1.2.384] A Cannon Shooter is born

I just compared the double dice and single dice skill data. The "bonus" data is the same between both skills. I think there must be some sort of outside multiplier not taken into account on these values.

If two of the second dice values are reported to be different from the rest i don't think it follows the currently believed half multiplier. Since crit rate is +25% for two 4s i think it's more likely that the multiplier is 2/3rds rather than 1/2. Can anyone confirm?
