And yes, AP poppy plays her strength. If she stays in the midst of the enemy for too long her ult WILL run out and she WILL die. Best played like veigar-- 1 shot nuke, except she's melee. Her ult+ DFG and ignite will ko most squishies combod with Q late game. And don't even get me started on when she has lich bane and deathcap....
