Banshees isn't a must. Frozen heart isn't a must. And RoA is good but not a must.

Most items are situational for a tank, never just go for the same over and over and over, some enemies require different items.
vs some teams FoN>BV for example.
And rabadons?... No.
AA? No and i don't like guardian angel myself but it's fine.
Will, he is decent with RoA and rylai but he's not worth it to build ap items like AA or rabadons on, seriously.
