I just tried him out. He is such a hardcore troller. He will definitely be on my "buy" list.
Now for the builds. I understand that Frozen Heart, BV, and RoA is a MUST have on him. Now the additional items I was thinking about using on him is Rabadons, AA (?), Merc Treads, Rylai (?), FoN (counter MR), and/or GA (?)
