Hm....is Singed worth spending 1350 IP? All I know is that he trolls like an effing pro, baiting people to attack him when they shouldn't split pushes and farms really well.
On another note: Finished my full AS runepage today. Onward to getting my full set of flat CDR glyph runes, and a full crit chance runepage. That will cost me almost 20K IP when I get through those. Oh boy.
And I found out that I maxed out my # of runepages I could possibly have while surfing the LoL store looking for something. Guess it was a good investment getting the runepage bundle after all. xD
