It should have had maxed IVs when caught, but didn't, so I was doing something wrong, and that had to be tested. And before someone says it, no, not action replay or anything like that, basically sort of abusing the RNG system of the game.

In a nutshell, you get information from your game/DS, input information into program, program outputs other information, then use that informaion to find the exact day and time the game generates whatever you're looking for. Decided to give it a try since eggs have been very unkind to me lately >_>
