So, as it turns out the PS+ only offers discounts on very specific games. I don't feel like waiting to see if any of the ones I want will be offered in the 30 day subscription period (very doubtful) so I'm going to buy vagrant story right now, at least. But I just found out there's no taxes on it right now. Not sure if that's a glitch or not but it's still going to save me some money so I'm happy. Anyone in this position may also want to take that into consideration.
