[1.2.384] A Cannon Shooter is born

Compared to the level of goodies everyone else is getting, Energy Charge charging up energy at a much faster rate is hardly an issue at all. Hell, give Buccs 90% passive Stance and it'll hardly be problematic seeing Cannon Shooters get 80% stance, and Mechs get 100% stance. Demolition ignoring status ailments except for say Seduce? Highly doubt that'd be game breaking at all if the vulnerability period is still left alone.
