Which school's "organization" you prefer the most? European or American one?

I kind of like the American school system. For high school we went from 7:55am to 2:10pm and no weekends. There was the occasional "Saturday School" if you got a detention and that was usually however many were assigned to you and the time was 8am to 11am. I liked that we got out early enough to be able to go to our after school jobs or finish homework or be with friends and had the entire weekend to do things.

I don't think cutting off an extra hour a day just so you can go on Saturday makes much sense really.
