Dual bladers excel at both previous thief classes weaknesses. Shadowers 1v1 and NLs mobbing. Dual blades are proficient at both in comparison because they are a premium class.
Cannoneers are better at mobbing than both buccs and sairs but fall short 1v1, and therefore cannot be compared to DBs in an attempt to brand them as "OP". To make the comparison valid they would have to be better than both.
This is of course ignoring other aspects that the other pirates are FAR better at compared to cannoneers, further proving my point.
