[1.2.384] A Cannon Shooter is born

So its a pirate that carries around a big laser cannon?... >.>

Seems as though nexon could have used some of the Cannoneer/cannon shooter? skill ideas for the pirate revamp and come up with
more original skills for the class later rather than releasing them now.

Need to see how well they can boss due to the 'slow' movement of the class.
