But the point is: Where would Masteria be in the "world"?
The WORLD tour areas have a place in the real world, but Masteria's the exception. It would make no sense to be put in the World Tour NPC, and even Singapore isn't there too (Kerning Airport, lol), it could perfectly fit in there.
