Cannon Reinforce/Improvement - 30WA and permanent +1 attack speed, but this guy needs the attack speed increase... look at the attack speed of all his weapons and spells.
Extreme Vital - 25%HP, 100% Defence (not sure about MD), 20% state resistance
4th job
Maple Warrior...
Double Lucky Dice - 200 seconds buff duration (!), meaning on average, out of 36 casts of Lucky Dice only 1 will give you nothing (lame if it gives you a more powerful "nothing" =.=)
Hyper Monkey Spell - are they out to make BS go out of job? 700HP, 700MP, 40WA, 15 speed, 10 jump, 250 WD, 250 MD. Just like a BS.
Cannon Overburn - 40% damage increase, and 20% ignoremobPDR. Why the deja vu...

Free 40% damage boost? 90 free attak, 50 more attack than a Bucc with Super Transform on, 30 more passive attack than a Mech? Free 25% HP boost for a supposed ranged class? +700 HP/+700 MP on top of their +25% HP? This is all totaling up to a class that can lol hard at PvE.
