[1.2.384] A Cannon Shooter is born

Since the patch notes gave so few skills, I would hope that the rest are not taken from the Gunslinger book.

The fact that Cannons are Slow (8) definitely shows the direction they want to take. I'm probably not going to like this class.

Slightly more interested in these Cannon skills, but still likely to be slow. Hopefully it will be balanced.
