Not sure on the last one. 60% avoid gives 1 dex so it's...eh, it's the only scroll he's dropped that i've gotten more than 100k for.
I solo toad in 15 mins (8-9 mins on first body, 6-7 mins on toad) on a stew w/ 30k clean range. Fully buffed (mw30 and conc) i'm up to....like 44k I think. If you're doing around 1.2m damage/min you'll be fine soloing around 15 mins.
Staff drop is low though, 1 in 10 or so.
