Have scrolls and Mastery Books be marked with "One of a Kind." It'd sure would deter hoarding to some extent, right? xd

And as for meso sinks... a lottery system. Maybe?

You mean you want to scroll items by plopping down 1 scroll, scronge through your storage/ask your friends/run through FM, just to scroll the next slot?
