Mainly, I was thinking how Nexon Japan could get rid of this terrible infestation that are the Chinese hackers that KS everyone in almost every map that has a valuable mastery book or scroll drop.
The answer is very simple.
Step one : Remove all scrolls and mastery books from the drop tables
Step two : Set up multiple shops in each town or the event map. Each shop will have a specific class (Warrior, Magician, Archer, Thief, Pirate, Legend, Resistance) set of mastery books at set prices that aren't too expensive and aren't so cheap, they ruin the market. Or, perhaps, a set of prices that reflect today's mastery book prices in the free market. They should also do this with scrolls.
Of course, there would be backlash from people who make money off of these, but in the end, this would most likely completely eradicate the Chinese hacker infestation and balance the prices of scrolls and mastery books. In fact, it may even create a pure meso sink, as people who couldn't find or afford their mastery books will now have a chance to obtain them for themselves.
This is really what I think they should do. I don't see any other effective solution to solve those issues.
