Okay so I'll cut to the chase. I met this girl in one of my classes all the way back in the Fall of last year, she asked me for help with one of her assignments and me being the nicest person in the world agreed. After that, she gave me her number but I was too retarded to do anything with it and I lost touch with her over the Winter.
We randomly bumped into each other at the beginning of Spring quarter and she asked me to be her partner for a Game Design class.
Anyway, after about 2 1/2 months with her as my partner, I've decided that she's the sweetest, and probably most amazing girl I've ever met. She's so cute, too. (inb4baklava'soutofhisleague)
BUT I'M, Y'KNOW, RETARDED, SO THERE'S ONLY 2 WEEKS OF CLASS LEFT BEFORE WE ALL GO HOME.
Well anyway, I wanted to ask her out this coming weekend, which is our last weekend here, as sort of a 'last weekend fun time because I want to go out with you and I'm really going to miss you over the summer because I really like you' thing.
But I don't know what to ask her to. All my RL friends pretty much say to go for lunch because it's less intimidating and casual and still makes for a good time, which I totally understand, but I feel like it's too...I dunno, ordinary, especially if I'm not going to be seeing her for 3-4 months.
So lunch? Dinner? Something in between? Something not related to eating food?
...and how long in advance should I ask? I'm pretty much going to be seeing her every day to work on our game project, which is any time from Monday to Wednesday, before the finished project is due on Thursday...and I wanted to ask her for either Friday or Saturday.
I feel like I've wasted a lot of opportunities with her but I'm not going to let it get away anymore. :C
