In KMS they gave people a second chance to acquire the Explorer Rings, as well as the event items for each of the other classes. My question here is just how much of an advantage an Explorer's Critical Ring gives over an Explorer's Cruel Ring.
I got a Cruel Ring on my Paladin, since back then I didn't know that they would lose the critical damage bonus. I'm basically trying to figure out if a 5% higher critical chance is really worth the trouble of getting a new character up to level 80 (all the explorers I have are over 60, so I'd have to make a new one).
