DS version has more extra content than the PSP version, it's just the DS version traded off a lot of features in return, aka lack of voicing and steady framerate (Cap is around 30 FPS instead of a smooth 60).
Of course if you don't mind the little tidbit stuff, then it hardly affects your decision to buy or not.
