It's a bit misleading, as someone in my alliance confirmed that the 10% bonus EXP applies... to the entire continent. Right now at the time of this post, Pie side has taken over Henesys in Windia, so therefore everyone in the Pie side gets the bonus from any mob in Vic.
If this really turns out to be the case for the other 3 towns, wouldn't Orbis be highly contested since LHC is part of the region Orbis resides in?
I mean... LHC party bonus + 10% bonus exp = profit?
