He used to be good, but due to the change of the meta, he's fallen rather far down the list of "Good" junglers to where a dozen other champions do better than him now.
I didnt say anything about there not being better junglers, he's far from the best jungler, i can agree with that. But jungle rammus is for ganking, all the time not farming, he can sustain himself in the jungle though, DBC leaves him with barely any damage from the creeps.
Regardless, i personally hate playing other people in the jungle than rammus, udyr, WW & malphite.
