W is godly even without madreds. It does more than madreds, in fact. I guess E could be good though. I just don't like the idea of lowering my dps for it. I'll have to play kog with the changes before I can make a final decision.
Agreed, w is good, so I level it second. Early game it doesn't do much though, even if you levelled q.
