Same thing with Cho's Q, only kog's ult is faster and now it's going to be even better.
Or you're playing with bad people. Not saying I know for sure, so I went ahead and did some sampling with Fraps at 30 fps.
| Champion Ability | Radius | Cast event | Visual event | Damage event | Cast time | Visual time | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cho'Gath's Rupture | 250 | 4.96s | 5.50s | 6.43s | 0.50s | 0.90s | Riot noted in a previous patch that Rupture has a 0.75s delay *shrugs*. Easily the least visible of the three skills. |
| Veigar's Dark Matter | 250 | 11.35s | 11.68s | 13.08s | 0.30s | 1.40s | Unless your fps sucks and your effects settings is low, you mind as well erect a radio mast saying "I'ma bomb this spot lololol". Veigar does have a stun though. |
| Kog'Maw's Live Artillery | 250 | 18.00s | 18.30s | 19.27s | 0.30s | 0.95s | A combination of Veigar's target visibility, cast time, and Cho's damage latency. Works well if you can land your Void Ooze on the target first. |
Personally, I'm under the assumption that if you can land your shots with Cho and Kog perfectly, they're unavoidable. In practice, Cho's Rupture seems to be easier to land in spite of the cast time. It's partly because the other person is taking a little more time trying to identify the center of effect and take action accordingly, whereas with Dark Matter and Live Artillery, the center of effect is clearly marked with a fking streak in the sky.

Sounds oddly familiar.. where did i hear of that before?
Oh yea:
Riot are getting less and less creative
Actually it also reminded me of:
Old news is old. Riot delivered a Mecha-riding Yordle as per community demands. That is all.
