Lol, no. Voice ooze is good but Q is far more useful in the early levels.
Also kog's ulti is easy to use, you don't have to hit with it for it to be effective
Use it to force your enemies to walk the way you want, not that it's hard to hit with it regardless, just make sure they have no other option for running away.Kog is prolly the only thing i miss about LoL tbh.
