Please understand a violation of copywrite and trademark is a highly legal offense. While players and community members view things in shades of grey, lawyers sometimes do not. They are simply doing their jobs. You say they aren't taking down hack sites or ps but what you don't know is probably they have sent C&D and those sites have done nothing about it. I applaud the admin of BannedStory for complying with the C&D but hopefully we can fix the situation that has been presented before us. More to come later.

Does that mean that NexAM will speak for BannedStory to NexKR? But that makes abso-f'ucking-lutely no sense. Why would they say "You can't use our content", and then the next moment fight for their right to use it? Geez Louise, pick a side!

Hmm...Well I'm not holding my breath on any hopes any action will be taken by Nxeon,
though; this is seriously going to crimpple comic makers alike in the mean time. (dam it >:| )

Conspiracy theorist wouldn't be surprised if Sleepywood's version of bannedstory faces no C&D, as part of me is thinking this is part of Nexon working with SW to monopolize maple simulators to get more traffic there.
