Let me refer to my psychology notes:
Marijuana - THC - Hallucinogen- Unlike Heroine, Cocaine, Nicotine which are stimulants, and mimic neurotransmitter causing natural endorphins and neurotransmitters to stop being released by neurons, causing a dependancy, addiction, and withdrawals, Marijuana is not addicting however- causes light-headedness, and tampers with the occipital lobes causing user to see hallucinations. Is not an agonist or antagonist. Does not block or mimic neurotransmitters and sites.
